Life for Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) isn’t set to be a quiet one for a while as soon the Emmerdale character will face a violent attack.
Lydia’s world turned upside down when she discovered Paul (Reece Dinsdale) had left her with mountains of debt and to make things worse, Lydia sees what’s been posted about her online and she’s heartbroken by it.
The next day, when a brick is thrown through their window, protective Samson (Sam Hall) is worried about leaving Lydia alone.
He urges her to call the police about the harassment, but Sam (James Hooton) decides he wants to settle things the Dingle way.
Lydia explains that she won’t condone violence and assures Sam she can manage a solo trip to the police station.
However, when she does leave the Dingles’, Lydia is robbed outside her front door by a pair of lads out for revenge about the pension scam.
Will Lydia be okay?
Could Sam choose to sort the problems out himself behind Lydia’s back?
