You enter on the ground floor and are greeted by a grand dining hall, complete with a fireplace, and to your side, a bathroom.

You’ll also spy the lift in what uses to be the belltower, which will take you to all five floors.

We’ll go downstairs first, to the lower ground floor. Here’s where you’ll find the cinema room we mentioned earlier, as well as a study and sitting room – with a pool table, if you go for the furnished option – another bathroom, and the kitchen.

The kitchen, along with the breakfast room, is as sleek as you’d expect, with grey marble countertops, a curved banquet dining area, and hidden storage.

Now head down another level to the basement floor, where there’s a 50-ft-long heated swimming pool along with a state-of-the-art gym.

Okay, now let’s go back upstairs to the bedrooms.

The first floor has two bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms, while on the second floor is the master bedroom.

That master bedroom is stunning, complete with original stained glass windows, curved walls, a swish dressing room, and a large en suite with a freestanding tub and a duo of sinks.

The chandelier is included in the price, but if you want to take all the art, that’ll require extra negotiation.

In terms of location, the home, which also once served as a film studio, has you covered with proximity to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and Holland Park, as well as all the shops and restaurants in west London.

It’s also close to Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea Football Club.

The church was originally designed by architect Edward Blore back in 1841.

It served as the chapel of the College of St Mark, run by the Rev Derwent Coleridge, before being closed in the 1970s.

After that, the church was bought and turned into two separate houses – St Mark’s at St John’s, next door, with a price tag of £15million.
